“I love art because I find it very relaxing to paint things either from real life or my imagination. I really enjoy a life enriched with curiosity in science and creativity in art.
As a biomedical scientist, I believe that Art and Science are fundamentally connected at different levels, Science inspires me in art practice, while arts change the way I look at this physical world which is full of discipline and complexity.”

“I’ve used photography as a gateway to pay more attention to the natural world. After I started photography, I started to view the environment around me as a series of stills, focusing on the composition of colors, objects, and shapes in each still. In doing so, I retroactively noticed how much of the environment that I didn’t process prior to photography.”
