Letter to the Fellows: December 2024

Dear Fellows,

It’s the end of my first year with the Office of Education and I’ve greatly enjoyed getting to know you all and creating training opportunities to fit your career and educational goals. As we close out this year, I have a simple wish that you all have a nice holiday and enjoy some downtime with food, friends, and family.

When we return in 2025, the office will be in full swing, creating a lively schedule of training programs and workshops. Please check out our January and February workshops in this issue. These early 2025 sessions will cover applying to medical school, writing with clarity, and pursuing industry careers. But it won’t stop there: Later in the spring we’re planning an academic job search series and trainings on grant writing, so stay tuned to our January issue to learn more. As always, one our office’s greatest offering to you is the opportunity for individual meetings to discuss your career and training goals. Never hesitate to reach out and schedule a meeting.

Please travel safely, and we’ll see you in the new year!

Kind regards,
Megan Bohn, Ph.D.
